Keynote Speaker: Hannah Clement

Group Head, Civic Infrastructure, (Development Victoria)

Hannah leads Development Victoria’s Civic Infrastructure division, which is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of major project delivery on behalf of a broad range of Victorian government clients.

Hannah has more than 25 years’ experience in planning and delivering complex civic and infrastructure projects and leads the group responsible for delivery of many the Victorian Government’s most significant civic projects including the Melbourne Park Redevelopment, Geelong Arts Centre, Geelong Convention and Event Centre and the $1.7B Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation.

Prior to joining the Victorian Government Hannah working in the private sector delivering complex and challenging major projects across Australia, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Hannah originally trained as a civil engineer and spent 10+ years in the engineering consultancy sector, with a specialisation in the delivery of linear infrastructure as well as major sporting, event and social infrastructure.
